Straight answers about what FastMonitor does today, what each plan includes and how your data is handled.
The product
Websites and HTTP APIs, TCP ports, DNS records, domain expiry, SSL certificates, broken links across a site, and cron jobs or background workers that report in through the API. Ping, browser and Lighthouse checks are not available yet.
Create a job monitor with its schedule and a grace period. Your job tells FastMonitor when it starts and when it completes or fails, with one API call or an SDK. If a run fails, runs longer than allowed or never arrives, FastMonitor opens an issue and alerts you.
FastMonitor opens an issue with a timeline, alerts the monitor's notification list, and resolves the issue on its own when the monitor recovers.
Yes, on Starter (up to 5) and Enterprise (unlimited). A status page shows your monitors' uptime and any open incidents and can carry your logo and colour. It gets its own address from us; to serve it on your own domain you verify the domain in the dashboard, and it goes live there once our team has confirmed the DNS (CNAME) record.
Yes, on every plan. In Settings → Reports, choose a daily, weekly (Mondays) or monthly (the 1st) email at the hour you pick, in your own time zone. It covers your monitors' current state, uptime, the incidents opened and resolved in the period, and the monitors that are failing.
The dashboard is available in 8 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese and Japanese. Switch at any time from the language menu in the dashboard. This website is in English.

Plans and billing
Yes. The Free plan includes 3 uptime monitors and 1 cron job monitor, a 15-minute check interval, email alerts and 7 days of data, and needs no credit card.
Starter has 20 uptime monitors and 10 cron job monitors, and adds 1-minute checks, alerts to Slack, webhooks, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Google Chat, Telegram, Lark / Feishu, Twilio SMS and voice, Pushover and n8n, DNS, SSL and broken-link checks, status pages and 90 days of data. Enterprise has unlimited uptime monitors and unlimited cron job monitors, and adds alerts to PagerDuty, Opsgenie and Splunk On-Call, routing rules, workflow automation, AI incident diagnosis and 365 days of data. Prices are on the pricing page.
Paid plans are billed by card through Stripe. From Billing in your dashboard you can upgrade, and open Stripe's billing portal to update your card, download invoices or manage your subscription.
FastMonitor will not let you add a monitor, integration or status page beyond your plan's limit, and it tells you which plan raises it.
Yes. Create an organization and invite your team, on every plan, and give each person one of 5 roles: owner, admin, billing, member and viewer. Owners and admins manage members and teams, the billing role handles billing, and viewers can only look. There is no per-seat pricing. Monitors, notification lists and API keys belong to the person who created them.
Alerts and integrations
Email on every plan, Slack, webhooks, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Google Chat, Telegram, Lark / Feishu, Twilio SMS and voice, Pushover and n8n on Starter and Enterprise, and PagerDuty, Opsgenie and Splunk On-Call on Enterprise.
Yes. Each monitor alerts a notification list, which is a group of people and channels. On the Enterprise plan, routing rules choose lists by monitor type, environment, tags, severity and time of day. "Where would this alert go?" in the dashboard shows which of your rules a sample alert matches and which lists it reaches. If no rule matches, the monitor's own notification list is alerted.
On each check you choose how many failed checks in a row, from 1 to 100, it takes before FastMonitor opens an issue and alerts anyone, so a single slow response does not wake you up. The issue resolves on its own when the monitor recovers.
Not yet. SMS and voice alerts are not built, so no plan includes them.
Developers
Yes, for telemetry: your jobs report each run to POST /e/execution-events with an API key. There is no public API for creating or managing monitors yet; you set those up in the dashboard. There is no automation screen in the dashboard yet: our team sets up your automation rules and handles run approvals with you, on request.
JavaScript/TypeScript (with a Next.js helper), Python and PHP. They are not on npm, PyPI or Packagist yet; until they are, send the HTTP request directly.
Security and data
Check results, job run events and monitor logs are kept for 7 days on Free, 90 on Starter and 365 on Enterprise, and deleted automatically every day after that. Your account, monitors, issues, notification lists and alert history stay until you delete them or your account. The Privacy Policy lists everything we keep. Privacy Policy: data retention
Yes. In Settings → Account, turn on two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app (TOTP). You also get backup codes, each usable once, for when your phone is not to hand. You can also sign in with Google or GitHub instead of a password.
API keys are stored as hashes and shown only once, when you create them. Integration secrets such as webhook URLs and bot tokens are encrypted at rest, and the dashboard only shows a short hint.
No. Before anything reaches the AI provider, monitor URLs are cut down to the host name and API keys, headers, request bodies and alert recipients are left out. AI diagnosis is on the Enterprise plan.
